What Services Every Bride Needs for Their Wedding

Most brides come to me looking for advice on what services to get and when. Although it can vary from bride to bride, here’s what I recommend for most:

✔️ Lash Serum: start using about 4 months before your big day. This gives the serum time to work and your lashes to grow. If you want to try lash extensions be sure to try them out about 2 months before your wedding.

✔️Abrasive Skin Treatments: think of lasers and intensive peels. I think it’s best to start doing this anywhere from a year to 6 months out from your wedding date. This allows you to take care of any textural or complexion concerns you have. It gives your skin time to heal after procedures and decide if you need multiple treatments.

✔️Regular Facials: I believe this is something everyone should do every 4-6 weeks to maintain skin health. If you’re just starting to get facials for your wedding begin at least 6-12 months out, so you can start to see real results and let your skin acclimate to a new skincare routine.

✔️Beauty Touch Up Kit: this is a small kit of must haves for your wedding day. Start putting it together about a month before your nuptials. Things I recommend packing: a lipstick or gloss, blotting papers, q tips, Kleenex, concealer, bobby-pins, powder, and hairspray.

✔️Hair Removal: schedule about 4-7 days before your wedding. This will ensure you don’t have any redness or breakouts on the big day. If you’ve never waxed before, don’t try it the week of your wedding, schedule that months in advance to try out.

✔️Nails & Pedi: best to schedule 3-5 days before your wedding date.

✔️Spray Tan: this beauty treatment should be done after all other maintenance. It’s typically best to schedule this 2-3 days before your wedding. It takes a day to set before rinsing off.  I also always suggest scheduling a trial run at least a month ahead of your wedding. This will ensure you get the perfect color on the perfect day.
